Adverse Weather Arrangement

If Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, or Black Rainstorm Signal is/are in force during the service date, the service will be cancelled and rearranged. If the Warning Signals mentioned remains after 14:00 on that day, our customer service team will not be able to answer any enquiries on that day. We will follow up with clients on the next working day for any service rearrangements. We apologize for any inconvenience might be caused.

Exclusions and Limitations 

Johnson Group is not responsible for:

Any wear, damage or discolouring or stains that caused after the service
Any loss incurred as a result of any breakage or damage to goods and any loss of property
The service performance due to poor hygiene, poor storage practice and structural problem

Non Refund Policy

Johnson Group will provide clear information and procedure to products and services; having comprehensive evaluation to our products and services before your purchase decision.

Placing an order means you agree and fully accept to purchase products or services in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Non Refund policy set out herein. There is no refund when you purchased our products or services.

Service Cancellation & Reschedule Notice

Cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment before 12:00 PM on the previous working day of the scheduled appointment will not incur any fees (Working Days are Monday to Friday).

If the customer requests to cancel or reschedule the appointment after the specified time, our company will charge a one-time administrative fee of HKD$300 at the customer’s next appointment.

If the customer fails to show up within 45 minutes of the scheduled service time, it will also be considered a cancellation and our company will charge a one-time administrative fee of HKD$300 at the customer’s next appointment.

Service Charge Notice

Our company will charge a stair fee of HKD$100 per floor (within 24 staircases). Accessing service locations for more than 5 floors will incur additional charges.

In addition, for service addresses located in Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Tung Chung or nearby areas, an additional transportation fee of HKD 400 will be charged.

For service addresses located in Mui Wo, South Lantau Island (e.g., Cheung Sha, Shek Pik, Tai O) or nearby areas, an additional transportation fee of HKD 800 will be charged.
