How to Place an Order?
 
1. Select the products of your choice and click “Add to Cart”.
2. When you are ready to checkout, click the "Shopping Cart" icon on the top right of the page,then click “View all” or "Proceed to checkout".
3. Once you hit "Proceed to Payment", please fill in your billing address, different shipping address (optional) and preferred shipping method; or login to your account with saved information or register by checking the box “create an account for later use” under billing address.
4. Review your information and click “Place Order Now”, you will be directed to Paypal’s Payment Service to process your online payment securely.
5. You will be prompted to enter your credit card number, the expiry date, cardholder's name and the security code on to process your payment request.
6. Do not exit the page nor click the back button when Paypal processing the payment, otherwise the order cannot be completed. When payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation email.
 
What is CSC number?
 
The Card Security Code is usually a 3- or 4-digit number, which is not part of the credit card number. The CSC is typically printed on the back of a credit card (usually in the signature field).
On your American Express® branded credit or debit card, it is a four-digit code printed on the front side of the card above the card number.
 
What is the currency on Johnson Group Green Store?
 
All products on our store are listed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).
 
How do I know if the payment went successfully?
 
When payment is successful, you will receive a order confirmation email.
If your order was not complete, you will not receive any order confirmation email from us.

To avoid missing any important information, please check the settings of your inbox and do not mistakenly flag our emails as junk.

Within Hong Kong territory
 
The below regions can enjoy a free delivery service for purchase over a certain amount*#
- Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories: HK$500 or above.
- Tung Chung: HK$1,000 or above
- Outlying Islands, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay and villages: HK$2,000 or above
 
*Extra delivery charge for purchase below HK$500 will be applied
#Johnson Group may use uses third party courier service to deliver its products to ensure clients can receive the goods at the earliset.

International Shipping
 
We provide international delivery service but delivery fees depends on the product quantity and delivery destination. Please contact us at +852 2481 3988/enquiry@johnson-group.com.hk before placing order.
 
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
 
All customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
 
Delivery Time
 
Your order will arrive within 7 business days (Saturday, Sunday and public holiday are not included) after payment is confirmed.
Some items need to pre-order. The delivery time and product availability of pre-order items are varies depends on suppliers and locations and production availability.

How to change the delivery address?
 
To edit order shipping address, go to “Check out” and check the box “Ship to different address” under the form of “Billing address”. Or go to “Account”, click “edit address” under “default shipping address”.
 
Each order is limited to single delivery location only. To deliver items to multiple destinations, please create multiple orders with different shipping address.
 
Do I have to sign for my package?
 
To protect the interest of our customers, we require customers to verify their identities and to sign off the package.

How to use a promotional code?
 
If you have a promotional code, add qualifying to your Shopping Cart, click the "Shopping Cart" icon on the top right of the page,then click “View all”. Enter the promotional code and click the Apply button. The discount amount with be deducted from your order total. Make sure you have entered the correct promotional code, then click “proceed to checkout” to complete the order.
