When this unique Nano Ti-oxide coating is exposed to the built-in UV light, the PCO (Photo Catalytic Oxidation) system starts functioning. Hygienitech® Mattress Cleaning Systems

Hygienitech® Mattress Cleaning and Sanitizing Systems is the completely "Green" and chemical-free way to remove harmful contaminants from any home and hotels.  Hygienitech® machine is designed with an integrated anti-bacterial radiator (UV-C light) which generates 254 nm wavelength. Steam Machine is another alternative that can be employed effectively as a control option for mites, bugs or even bacteria. The unit reaches temperatures around 100℃ and is more than sufficient to kill bed bugs upon contact. Besides, the use of steam unit is commonly adopted to remove breeding sources.

Air-conditioner Disinfection (ACD)

Air-conditioner is a perfect place for the growth of bacteria and viruses. Regular cleaning and frequent disinfection is the only way to eliminate these harmful things and odour. The ACD service involves cleaning of flat front panel and air deflectors, removing filter and front cover for complete washing and disinfection (window and split type only) by using “CPL No. 18 Hospital-grade Disinfectant Cleaner (rinse free)”. Apply Photocatalyst Coating on coil surface.

Space Disinfection

Space Disinfection Service involves the use of ULV fogger and “CPL No. 18 Hospital-grade Disinfectant”. ULV fogger is able to turn water drop into small drops up to 7 micron. The combination of ULV fogger and Hospital-grade Disinfectant is the perfect match to eliminate bacteria, viruses and odour.

What is Photo-catalyst?

Photo-catalyst produces surface oxidation to eliminate harmful substances such as organic compounds or nearby bacteria, when it is exposedto the sun or fluorescent lamp. By applying this principle to water treatment, dissolving NOx in the air, or room air purification,photo-catalyst can be used for various steps in purifying a contaminated environment. The function of the photo-catalyst can be divided into five major categories as follows:

1. Purifying water 2. Preventing contamination 3. Anti-bacteria 4. Deodorizing 5. Purifying the air (dissolving NOx)

It might be well understood that the functions listed above are those which amplify or accelerate thefunctions of the sun, or ultra-violet radiation. In this sense, it is not strange to regard titanium dioxide as aphoto-catalyst from the viewpoint that it works as the catalyst in accelerating the functions of the light.

What kind of light is necessary for the photo-catalyst?

As we explained, the photo-catalyst can be activated by light, so what kind of light is necessary for thephoto-catalyst? There are various sources of light such as the sun, incandescent lamps, fluorescentlamps, light traps, disinfectant light, and so on. Those sources emit lights with different wavelengthsnecessary for their specific purposes.

Procedures

Clean up the service areas and apply coating to indoor walls, ceilings, curtains and air conditioner by air gun. Subject to actual environmental conditions of the service location, we may suggest the clients to maximize their  lighting system (or install UV lamp) to strengthen the PCO effect.
