Why we need to clean air conditioner
Air conditioners can be excellent allergens (i.e. mold, yeast) & bacteria breading grounds. Dust gets deposited on the cooling fins, then becomes damp because air conditioners condense water out of the air. Damp dust is a pretty good medium for growing mold and bacteria. Allergy
Allergy is a hypersensitivity disorder of the immune system. Allergic reactions occur to normally harmless environmental substances known as allergens; these reactions are acquired, predictable, and rapid. Strictly, allergy is one of four forms of hypersensitivity and is called type I (or immediate) hypersensitivity. It is characterized by excessive activation of certain white blood cells called mast cells and basophils by a type of antibody known as IgE, resulting in an extreme inflammatory response.

3. Penetrates, breakdown and release bio-film (jelly) bonds, bacteria, fungal, mould & algae by Airestec Bioactive Multi-Enzymes i.e. pH 7.0 (Neutral) and 100% Bio-degradable
4. Steam wash cooling fins by using Brundle® (Swiss made) Steaming Machine.

Remark: This service doesn't involve cleaning of inner workings i.e. electrical connections or components, motor, back fins etc.
