Although regular vacuuming can remove dry soil and debris from your carpet, it leaves behind oily soils,  particles and bacteria that are produced from central air-conditioning system and dirt tracked in from outside the office. General cleaning may be able to remove visible debris but it is not able to remove invisible germs, bacteria and even viruses.

Air-Conditioners
Clean up flat front panel and air deflectors, remove dust filter for complete washing and disinfection (window and split type only) by using CPL-5 or CPL-18 Hospital-grade Disinfectant. Apply Photocatalyst Coating on coil surface.

Air-duct or Air-ventilation
Disassembly all air deflectors for complete washing by using SOLO CLEAN Heavy Duty  Cleaner. By using high pressure air gun, remove dust and dirt from inside air duct. Disinfect the interior of air duct by using CPL-5 or CPL-18 Hospital Grade Disinfectant.

Indoor Air Quality
Removal bacteria and VOC  by using Giabo Cyclonic Photo Catalytic Oxidation Air Purifier or Starkeys Bacteria Control Unit.

Space Disinfection
Space Disinfection Service involves the use of ULV fogger and CPL-5 or CPL-18 Hospital-grade Disinfectants. ULV fogger is able to turn water drop into small drops up to 7 micron. The combination of ULV fogger and Hospital-grade Disinfectant is the perfect match to eliminate bacteria, viruses and odour.

Washrooms
Clean and disinfect by using CPL-15 Non-acid Bathroom Disinfectant Cleaner (ph 7).

Stone or tile floor
Vacuum all hard floors. Floor moping by using CPL-15 Non-acid Bathroom Disinfectant Cleaner (ph 7). Polish and wax by using Heavy Duty Floor Buffer.

Pantry
Deep cleaning (able to remove grease and stain) by using SOLO CLEAN Heavy Duty Cleaner.

Desks, phones and PC peripherals
Dust all horizontal surfaces of desks, chairs and tables. Clean and disinfect by using CPL-5 Hospital Grade Disinfectant (rinse-free).

Partition
Clean and disinfect by using CPL-5 Hospital Grade Disinfectant (rinse-free).

Upholstery
Vacuum and clean upholstery by using CPL-5 Hospital Grade Disinfectant (rinse-free).

Sofa
Use Miele Dust mite & Allergen Removal Systems. With the innovative Allergotec and HEPA 12 emmission filtration technologies, remove thoroughly unwelcome guests like dust mites and allergens. Kill dust mites, bacteria and viruses by UVP® Ultraviolet Systems. Steam all items by using Brundle® (Swiss made) Steam Machine.

Carpets and mats
Vacuum all carpets and mats. Application of Heavy Duty Floor Buffer equipped with carpet brush. Apply anti-microbial coating.

Windows, mirrors and glasses
Clean and polish by using CPL-1 1 Glass Cleaner (hand reachable area only).

CPL-18 Hospital-Grade Disinfectant Cleaner (EPA approved against influenza A and A2) is a multi-purpose germicidal detergent proven effective by the AOAC. This product disinfects, cleans, and deodorizes in only one step. This product is for use on hard, non-porous surfaces such as floors, walls, metal surfaces, painted surfaces, exterior bowl surfaces, empty basins, showers, conductive flooring and lavatory fixtures. For use in hospitals, nursing homes, schools, colleges, medical and dental offices, tack shops, kennels, pet shops, laboratories, and veterinary clinics.

CPL-5 Hospital-Grade Disinfectant cleaner (EPA approved against influenza A and A2) is a one-step, hospital use disinfectant cleaner that is effective against a broad spectrum of bacteria is virucidal* including Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, and HIV-1, the AIDS virus), fungicidal and inhibits the growth of mold and mildew and their odors when used as directed.
