BirdXPeller PRO Sonic Bird Repellent Device (Outdoor use)
The "BirdXPeller Pro" electronic bird repeller expels birds by blasting them with sound waves. This bird deterring unit automatically broadcasts a variety of naturally recorded bird distress signals and predator calls to frighten, confuse, and disorient birds within its effective range. These high definition digital recordings are played on loudspeakers to ensure that the message gets across to pest birds:"Keep Out!"
When birds encounter dangerous situations or spot a predator, they let out very specific distress and alarm calls to notify other birds that the area is not safe. The BirdXPeller Pro rebroadcasts naturally recorded versions of these sounds to create an environment that is not only unfriendly for pest birds, but gives the impression that it would be life-threatening for the birds to occupy the area. Because of this, birds will not linger for long when the BirdXPeller is operating.

BirdShield™ Bird Repellent
Silent, Invisible, Harmless, No Electricity
HK Pesticide Reg. no. 2P317 (SL)

Food-grade, biodegradable bird repellent repels birds from nesting, loafing and roosting in and upon structures, roofs, interior or exterior walls, siding, statues, bridges and other sites even nests. Also deters water birds from boat docks and marina areas.
Birds' trigeminal system, similar to our sense of smell, is irritated by BirdShield's smell. It's environmentally friendly and harmless to birds.
Developed with assistance from a major university, BirdShield's active ingredient is Methyl Anthranilate (MA), a constituent of Concord grapes. MA has been used by the food and drug industry for over 40 years to flavor candy, sodas, gums, and drugs; it is listed by the US FDA as "Generally Recognized As Safe" (GRAS) and is classified by the US EPA as "reduced risk".
Bird Proof Gel

Bird Proof is a long lasting, non-toxic, tacky bird repellent for use on ledges, sills, beams, rafters and hundreds of other indoor and outdoor locations where "nuisance birds" alight or roost. Bird Proof repellent can effectively discourage pigeons, starlings, house sparrows and certain other nuisance birds from roosting on or returning to a treated area for up to one year.
If birds see the material on a potential landing surface, they are not likely land upon it. If they do decide to land on a surface that has Bird Proof Gel applied, they find the sticky & slimy surface to be very uncomfortable and will not stay for long. They learn over time and do not return to the locations that have been treated with Bird Proof Gel.
-
It's non-toxic, and harmless to metal structures, sealed masonry and ornamental metals.
-
Ledges, windowsills, gutters, cornices, ornamental copings and protruding beams - any surface where bird pests roost or perch.
-
Water tanks, trees, shrubbery, shipping docks and railroad sidings, yards, parking lots, roof perimeters, air conditioners and more.
Identify your pest bird
Proper identification is very important as certain products are species-specific.
Never underestimate the commitment of pest birds to return to their home.

Feral Pigeon Columba Livia
Repel pigeons with a vinyl inflatable predator by using helium frightens birds pests away! Huge 2-foot hanging ball has menacing, moving eyes on front and back that strike fear in birds!
The feral pigeon is the number one urban pest bird. Large numbers exist in every city across the country. Not a native bird, feral pigeons are descendants of domestic homing pigeons brought over from Europe and released here in the 1600s. They were domesticated from the wild rock doves from the sea cliffs of Europe by the Romans over two thousand years ago. Several traits have allowed them to dominate the urban landscape. Because of their history, pigeons are not afraid of people; they roost and nest readily in man made structures and they have a diverse diet. The standard pigeon has a short neck with a small head. Their short legs with the level front and hind toes allow them to perch on branches as well as walk on flat surfaces. |
House Sparrow (Passer Domesticus)

(Photo captured by William Hung of Johnson Group)
Male House Sparrow have black throats and chest patches, light cheeks and brown nape. The female has a plain brownish chest and dull eye-stripe. The House sparrow is the number two urban pest bird. Introduced as a species to North America , the house sparrow quickly spread across the country due to its lack of natural enemies and its adaptive traits. Its ability to nest in urban structures, eat urban scraps and a large breeding capacity are some of these adaptive traits. The House Sparrow is actually a member of the weaverbird family and not a true Sparrow. Weaverbirds create intricate nests and relative to their size, the largest nests in the bird world. Their legs and toes are favored for branch perching and their short conical bills are ideal for seed cracking. Their diet consists of seeds and grain, as well as fruits, vegetables, human table scraps and insects. They are boisterous, intelligent birds who roost in noisy flocks on branches of city trees, ivy covered walls and under eaves of houses. |
